DOUGAL ADAMS AND ORMONDE WATERS

dougal_ormondeDougal and Ormonde were the "wind section" of the Miles To Go band since its inception in 1999. In 2006, after nearly seven years and two albums, they decided to pursue their own musical path following the release of their 2005 recording, "The Good Ear".

"From the opening reel, Pigtown, this recording continues to impress as a fine example of Irish traditional music"
Russell Johnsen, Trad and Now

LARA STEPHEN

Lara is a songwriter and guitarist with a stunning voice from Western Australia, now living in Sydney. I produced her "Deep Dead Blue" album in 2001. Her second album "Up in the Air' is due for release in July 2006.

"Intensity is a description often used to describe music but Stephen's performance give it a new meaning all together. Melancholy with hope, wisdom, without arrogance, the lyrics and melody combined, trace a narrative that reaches into the core".
Sophie Meissner - Xpress magazine

BERNARD CARNEY

bernardBernard is a fine singer, songwriter, guitarist based in Western Australia and recognized throughout the country and internationally as a great entertainer. We often do shows together and I have backed him at festivals across Australia, as well as producing his recent "Feathers and Tributes " and "West" albums. Bernard was named "Artist of the year" at the 2003 Port Fairy Folk Festival and also won the festival's Lawson Patterson songwriting award.

From a recent review of Feathers and Tributes in Trad and Now magazine - "This is a fine collection of material from an accomplished songsmith at the top of his game and deserves to become a classic of Australian Folk".
